Flown revenue and sales MIS reports
UBICS’ custom made robotic applications pull the flight manifest and PNL information from departure control system. The system captures the flown status, no-shows, go-shows, other airline tickets, and updates the MIS database.
The sales information is captured from various sales channels including GDS bookings (TCNs), BSP – HOT files, non-IATA agents and internal sales channels like ATO, CTO and call centers etc. The MIS system links the flown transactions with sales information and prorates the flown revenue.
The custom reports for flight-wise, route-wise, channel-wise, flown revenue are automatically generated and sent over emails. The agency commission and performance linked incentives (PLIs) are generated based on the defined agreements between airlines and sales agents.
Year to date reports and corporate incentive reports are generated based on custom requirements. UBICS works on about 150+ different types of MIS reports for an airline.
Flight load sheets, performance parameters like RTKMs, ASKMs, flight load factors, segment report, route-wise revenue and fuel consumption report are generated as a part of standard MIS reporting suite.
