 Job position - CSE / Sr. CSE
- Job description
- Answering inbound calls.
- Booking tickets/reservations, answering customer queries, proper resolution for customer complaints, reissuing tickets.
- Documentation of calls.
- Attend Briefing /Debriefing /Team Meetings.
- No fix shift, work in rotational shifts.
- For women employees no night shift, last shift ends by 11.00 pm and shifts are rotational.
- Candidate profile
- Minimum Qualification 10+2 completed.
- Minimum 6 months experience in any voice process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in 24*7 environment with rotational shifts.
- Airline experience is an additional advantage but not mandatory.
- IATA/UTFAA certification will be an additional advantage. Please have sufficient time with you for the complete recruitment process as it needs 3 to 4 hours

- Develop, create and modify general computer applications of specialized utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.
- Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
- May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
- Work with tools like microsoft.net, java, sql, and related tools.
- Use databases like oracle, microsoft sql server, dba, etc.
- Travel to various unanticipated locations to interact with clients and train users for short and long term projects.

Minimum requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering (any), math or related plus 60 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation as a computer software professional.
