Ventive is a unique web-based recruiting and resourcing solution
that supports an organization’s recruitment process. Its resourcing module maintains
a record of the projects, resources deployed in the projects, timesheets, and generates
bills based on timesheets. The recruitment module increases productivity and reduces
time- and cost-to-hire by automating the entire process. A centralized repository
of talent and advanced search capabilities, make it easy to search and match talent
to job requisitions. Utilities such as bulk mailing facilitate the process by providing

Ventive is developed using the robust .Net architecture, which
combines elements of SQL server, windows server and exchange server, XML and SOAP
and web-services.

Ventive is web-based and authorized users can access the system
from remote locations. Accessing Ventive is as simple as typing in a URL in the
address bar of internet explorer (version 6.0 and above) and pressing ENTER.

How are resumes stored in Ventive?
|
|
Ventive uses a unique parsing utility for scanning resume documents,
filtering and storing relevant data elements in a structured format, and integrating
all resumes in a single centralized repository. Ventive has the capability of storing
resumes, received in any format (HTML, .rtf, .doc….) and presenting the same in
a standard format as per organization requirements.

What is SmartSearch?
|
|
SmartSearch is the inbuilt powerful search engine that helps
in the quick retrieval of information, and the retrieval of resumes matching a specific
requisition. The engine uses full-text and key searches to scan the central repository
and come up with the requisite data.

What kind of maintenance, training and support would
you provide?
|
|
We offer a free one-year maintenance period starting from the
date on installation of Ventive. After the expiry of the one-year period, we can
enter into a maintenance contract at fixed rates. This contract would be renewable
every year.
At the time of installation, we provide hands-on onsite training for a period of
one week. Based on requirements and as per agreed terms and conditions, we may provide
an onsite technical support for a duration ranging from one-week to a month.
Our technical support team in Pune will provide the required online support.

Can Ventive capture and store resumes received in
mailboxes?
|
|
Ventive offers a unique facility that captures resumes received
in the form of mail attachments in any format, parses the resumes and then stores
the same in the centralized repository. This resume grabber facility can be used
to capture and store a single resume or resumes in bulk.

Do you offer customizations?
|
|
Ventive is modular in structure and can be implemented in modules.
It is easily customizable and can integrate with third party software such as Microsoft
CRM, PeopleSoft, SAP and other software. It can be customized to receive data from,
and send data to, other third party software.
