(ISI), a leading provider of diversified IT consulting services, and the assets and business of Ventive, LLC, a provider of web-based enterprise solutions for staffing and consulting organizations. UBICS’ corporate headquarters will remain in Canonsburg, PA. Mr. Robert Harbage has stepped down as President and CEO of UBICS and, effective immediately, UBICS will be led by a new executive leadership team. Dr. Vijay Mallya, PhD, Chairman of UBICS, will also serve as its CEO. Dr. Mallya brings over 20 years of exceptional global business experience as the Chairman of The UB Group, with which UBICS is affiliated, a conglomerate with around $2 Billion in global revenue.

Mr. Sunil Patil and Mr. Girish Godbole will join UBICS’ executive management to lead its worldwide operations. Mr. Patil will serve as President – Global Solutions and Mr. Godbole will serve as President - Global Services.
