The Consultant Selection Process

We search for top IT talent on an ongoing basis. Our global resource capabilities let us select talented consultants from among the best in the world. Recruiting efforts span India, Europe, North America, the Middle East and the Far East.

Prospective consultants must meet stringent technical and experiential standards before being considered for employment as a UBICS representative. Currently we emphasize on next-technology platforms such as IBM websphere and .NET.

Our selection process involves completion of a three-stage interviewing procedure:

  First interview:
We gather background information and a minimum of three work references

  Technical interview:
One of our experienced, highly qualified subject matter experts determines the technical competencies the candidate can bring to our teams.

  Communication check:
Our interviewers assess the candidate's client interaction skills and verify the candidate's suitability for assignment to a specific project.

We offer you the flexibility to retain our consultants on a contract or contract-to-hire basis, or hire them outright as permanent employees. Such flexibility demonstrates our willingness to further your business objectives in every way possible. We give our clients the opportunity to test the performance of a deployed resource (contract or contract-to-hire) before offering the resource a permanent position.
